• Create spam, phishing content, fraudulent communications, or deceptive materials intended to mislead recipients.

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Site.

• Generate content related to CSAM, exploitation of minors, or any form of illegal sexual content.
• Use outputs to facilitate discrimination, harassment, or harassment based on protected characteristics.

4 Intellectual Property

5 Content Ownership & AI-Generated Outputs

Regarding AI-generated outputs: The legal status of AI-generated content ownership is evolving. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic), we assign any rights we may have in generated outputs to you.

However, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be copyright-protectable in all jurisdictions.
• Outputs may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs for accuracy, originality, and suitability for your intended use.

6 User-Provided API Keys

Our optional live generation mode allows you to input your own API keys from OpenAI or Anthropic. By entering your API keys, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all API usage charges incurred through your key.
• You must comply with the respective provider's terms of service.
• Your API keys are stored in your browser's localStorage only and are never transmitted to our servers.
• We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your API keys or resulting charges.
• You should revoke and regenerate your API keys immediately if you suspect compromise.

7 Advertising

Our Site displays advertisements through Google AdSense to fund our free Services. By using our Site, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies.
• Ad content is determined by Google's algorithms based on page context and user data.
• We do not endorse any products or services advertised on this Site.
• Clicking on advertisements may direct you to third-party websites governed by their own terms.

Deliberately clicking on advertisements to generate revenue ("click fraud") is strictly prohibited and may result in your IP being reported to Google.
